Well what a torrid and uncertain period last 12 months have been! We hope all our customers have been keeping safe and well and hope to see all of them again. During the pandemic we've been ticking over with a minimal approch taking essential bookings and its been interesting to see that the number of people with limited support. At Zoom we have made a number of loss making trips around Towcester and Silverstone to make sure customers didn't go without their shopping and other bits. At times its been more to listen to people and to hear them out in the 10mins that they're in the taxi, sometimes its finished with a touch of humour :) We've added Zoom deliveries to NN12 so we can collect pre-paid shopping or food items and deliver them, always a positive. We've had people fly in at the last minute to reach loved ones in time to support them during the pandemic, it been really awesome to be apart of community spirit in a discreet way. Now that the opening up of travel and hospatality is upon us, we've been busy in the background gearing up with a new 8 seater that will support Zoom Taxis going forward. Another development is the app will be arriving shortly, it will operate in a limited fashion due to the nature of the area, nevertheless it will help support customer and us alike. We hope to slow expand the reach and capability of app usage throughout Towcester and NN12. Meantime I hope everyone well and see you soon!
